MY STORY
My work as a professional and personal development coach is a natural extension of over 25 years in storytelling. I’ve produced content across creative, corporate, and startup environments. I began in indie film, where I learned to hold vision, budget, and chaos in one hand, then helped build an in-house studio for a legacy brand, producing everything from broadcast campaigns to artist stories to the occasional TikTok.
Whether I was managing a crew in the West Village of Manhattan or working with the CEO on an internal communications video, I thrived at the intersection of creativity and strategy. But I noticed that creating space and ease for others to bring forth their most creative selves is where I felt most energized. This led me to wonder, “what's next?"
In 2021, this curiosity led me to hire a professional coach to help me gain clarity and direction. A clear throughline emerged: a longing to have a deeper impact. Inspired by the process, I trained with the Co-Active Training Institute (ICF-accredited) and completed Tara Mohr's Playing Big Facilitators Program. As I grew in my coaching skills, I began mentoring colleagues and leading internal workshops to spark courageous conversations and skill-building across teams. That's when I realized: the deeper impact I was looking for was helping others uncover their own.

SERVICES
1:1 Coaching
I work with a small number of clients one on one. We start with a discovery call to identify where you are now and gain a better understanding of where you want to go. Based on our conversation, we’ll decide on either a 6-session or 10-session commitment to start. Both options balance spacious discovery with actionable progress, and we’ll meet weekly or twice a month with generative work in between.
Sessions are entirely customized to your needs: you’ll set the agenda for each, and I’ll be your thought partner, ally, and champion—holding space for your curiosity, gently probing your preconceptions, and high-fiving your discoveries. Together, we’ll work to access your creativity, strengths, and inner wisdom.
Workshops
I lead interactive, participatory workshops for groups and teams to provide foundational skills for reaching beyond our comfort zones and a common language for supporting creative and professional growth. From identifying your essential values to tapping into your inner resources, workshops support you in bringing your best creative thinking to your work and your best self to your life.
